1) Buy the rumor , sell on the news ???
2) I sold my Apple shares (a few days ago)
3) See that rising volume on a candle reversal ?
4) Focus on that blue trendline, corresponds to our main support/stop loss level (135)
Gut feeling ; We shall enter a sideway pattern (channel) ; 135 to 147.
Hard to trade ..... so focus on break outs on huge/increase volume (and Gaps).
My old target on Apple was over 220$ .........

1) Last post on Apple, I mentioned that 202.5$ was "the trigger".
2) We have a multiple buy pattern ; ABC, GVN, Break Out .....
So how come I did not buy ???
Gut feeling ....
Seen way too many fake moves these days, so let's allow Apple to pull back, and enter safely on a real catalyst (high impact news).

Quick case study of Apple Inc. (AAPL) and the ABC pattern ;
1) Notice that right now we need a "B" level ; followed by higher lows.
2) Price rise with increased volume and good news is "always needed".
3) This pattern is VERY reliable when seing a GVN condition (Gap, Volume, & News).
4) After a break out above "C" ; "C" becomes your reliable stop loss level

On June 10, I posted this re entry level for Apple Inc (AAPL).
So why am I selling my Apple Inc (AAPL) ?
1) High probability of a fake move
2) Recent rise could signal a pull back sending Apple into a channel pattern
3) Gut feeling says SELL, get back in later ....

Other big cap techs are NOT doing well ! 4) Focus on these key levels on the chart PS : No, will NOT short Apple, even below the "out" level ; Why ? You never short a high quality stock with so much free cash available .....

1) Yes, buy on the dip did work.
2) Focus still on that broken trend, and the volume warning.
3) One big question should be on your mind ; Was the good news priced in ?
4) Focus on that "warning level" (in blue) ; A close below 340 will confirm a lower high pattern.
5) Sell trigger is clear.
Gut feeling ; The recent price/volume action was strong enough to send us a "warning signal".

1) Current pattern (steep uptrend from Feb) suggest we focus on green arrow
2) Pink arrow has a low probability due to a possible "buy the rumor, and sell the news".
3) Grey arrow has a low probability unless we do face a bond crash (long term US bonds)
